Refund Policy

Overview

This refund policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through MomentumDetector’s software-as-a-service platform (“the Service”). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Trial Period

• All new accounts are eligible for a 7-day trial period (equivalent to 5 business days)
• Valid payment information is required to start the trial
• The trial period allows full access to all features of the Service
• No charges will be made during the trial period

Billing

• The monthly subscription fee is $29.90 USD
• Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial period
• The subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date
• All charges are processed in USD using the payment method provided during trial registration

Cancellation During Trial

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time during the trial period
• To avoid charges, cancellation must be completed before the trial period ends
• No payment will be processed if cancelled during the trial period
• To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation procedure in the billing settings

Post-Trial Refund Policy

• Due to the provision of a comprehensive trial period, no refunds will be issued after:
  1. The trial period has ended AND
  2. The first billing has been processed
• This no-refund policy exists because users have adequate time to evaluate the Service during the trial period

Exceptions

• Billing errors or duplicate charges will be refunded in full
• Technical issues preventing service access for more than 24 consecutive hours may qualify for partial refunds, evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Processing of Refunds

When applicable, refunds will be:

• Processed using the original payment method
• Issued within 5-10 business days
• Confirmed via email once processed
